CoAspire is proud to announce it is a sub-contractor to the Lockheed Martin Company for consultant work.
The U.S. Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) awarded CoAspire, LLC a Multiple Award Contract called SeaPort-e on June 30, 2016. The SeaPort-e Multiple Award Contract uses a combination of innovative contracting vehicles and electronic business techniques to reduce costs. This is CoAspire's second prime contract with the U.S. government and provides the company a contract vehicle to offer professional support services for the NAVSEA Warfare Centers and other agencies.
Friends, I volunteer as a member of the leadership committee of United Through Reading, www.unitedthroughreading.org @UTR4military - a wonderful non-profit that supports deployed servicemembers and their families. United Through Reading helps the families of deployed units by providing the equipment and materials to film parents in the unit reading stories to their children back home. United Through Reading unites military families facing physical separation by facilitating the bonding experience of reading aloud together.
There are two exciting new developments. First, United Through Reading has just won the Congressional Medal of Honor Society's Inaugural Community Service Hero Award: http://www.unitedthroughreading.org/united-through-reading-named-recipient-of-congressional-medal-of-honor-societys-inaugural-community-service-hero-award/ and second, United Through Reading has won the Library of Congress's 2015 American Prize Literacy Award http://www.loc.gov/today/pr/2015/15-195.html. These are two amazing awards that reflect the importance of United For Reading and the recognition they deserve to help improve literacy and the bonds between our deployed servicemembers and their children.
