Here is an impressive video of multiple Hellfire Longbow missile firings off the USS DETROIT in November against multiple swarming boats, a very challenging problem: https://youtu.be/5BrkjB6YuG4. This operational testing of the Surface-to-Surface Missile Module occurred two months ahead of schedule according to NAVSEA’s press release: https://www.navsea.navy.mil/Media/News/SavedNewsModule/Article/1702603/uss-detroit-begins-operational-testing-of-lcs-surface-to-surface-missile-module/
The follow-on missile to the Hellfire Longbow is the AGM-179 JAGM missile built by Lockheed Martin. JAGM has a MMW seeker like Longbow and an integrated semi-active laser seeker. JAGM is in Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) and on path for IOC on Army and Marine Corps helicopters attack helicopters.
